Project Manager – £105M High-Rise Residential Scheme | East London

 Our client is a well-established construction company specialising in high-rise residential developments across London. Following a period of continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an exciting new-build high rise apartment scheme in London.

Your birthday off workAbout you: The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale residential projects from start to finish. You’ll be:

A strong and effective leader
Highly motivated and driven
Experienced in managing multi-occupancy or high-rise schemes
Confident overseeing complex build programmes and ensuring quality deliveryKey responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of a major new-build apartment development
Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and budget
Collaborate closely with the commercial team to maintain cost control
Build and maintain excellent client relationships
Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and quality on site
Chair regular progress meetings with the client and subcontractors
