Job Description

Are you a proactive and detailed oriented Project Manager? Our client is an award winning design agency, who provide a full creative service for their clients from concept to production and delivery.

This new vacancy involves overseeing workflows, managing communication between clients, design studio, and supply chain to ensure the smooth delivery of projects from beginning to end.

Skills & Experience:

  * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  * Professional communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  * Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.

  * Fully conversant with Microsoft Office (essential).

  * Experience with Basecamp and Monday CRM is a plus.

  * Print and packaging knowledge not essential but considered an advantage.

  * A willingness and excitement to learn about packaging processes and the wellness sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  * Monitor and co-ordinate multiple parts of the project including creative, client, time lines and technical elements

  * Keep projects on track and ensure deadlines are met

  * Endure accurate and timely distribution of information

  * Maintain clear communications to all stakeholders

  * Understand and apply basic business and financial principles
