Project Manager – Supported Living (Tottenham)

Hours: Flexible to meet service needs (including some weekends and waking nights)

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead our supported living service in Tottenham. This is a rewarding role for someone who thrives on making a difference — helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives.
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support and develop your team, and ensure our service continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support staff to deliver safe, person-centred care.
* Oversee daily operations, staffing, and budgets for the service.
* Ensure compliance with CQC and local authority requirements.
* Build effective working relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community.
* Conduct regular staff supervisions, appraisals, and training.
* Maintain accurate records, care plans, and risk assessments.
* Support service users in achieving independence, wellbeing, and inclusion.
* Manage rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
* Handle incidents, complaints, and quality audits effectively.
* Promote a positive, safe, and empowering environment for all.
About You
* QCF Level 4 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
* Experience supervising or managing staff in a supported living or care setting.
* Strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS.
* Confident in medication management and safeguarding procedures.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
* Flexible, compassionate, and committed to person-centred support.
* First Aid at Work qualification (or willingness to train).
