Property Investment Consultant – North West / Remote – £80,000 OTE 

We are looking for ambitious Property Investment Consultants to join a growing property investment business marketing premium opportunities across major UK cities.

 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing sales environment where top consultants are rewarded with a generous, uncapped commission structure and strong career progression.
 
Benefits & Package
Negotiable basic salary depending on experience
Year 1 OTE circa £80,000 (uncapped commission)
Year 2 OTE £100,000+ for top performers
Remote / hybrid working with occasional North West office days
Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30 | Friday 09:00 – 17:00
28 days holiday + 3 additional days at Christmas
Birthday day off + extra leave for each year of service

Regular team socials and eventsThe Role You will manage a pipeline of inbound investor enquiries and warm leads, consulting with clients to understand their investment goals and recommending suitable property opportunities.

 Using a consultative sales approach, you will guide investors through the purchasing process and close high-value transactions.
 Most interactions take place remotely via phone, email, WhatsApp and video calls, with occasional face-to-face meetings.
 
Ideal Experience
Experience in property investment, off-plan property or investment sales preferred
Proven track record in consultative or high-value sales
Strong ability to build rapport and close deals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
