We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Property Manager who thrives on getting things done, building relationships, and keeping everything running smoothly — no desk jockeys here!

Property Manager - £30-40K – depending on experience

📍 Location: Southampton
💼 Full-time | 8:30am – 5:30pm
🚐 Includes company van (for personal use), laptop & mobile

About the Role

If you’re someone who can’t sit still and loves being out meeting people, solving problems, and keeping things organised — this is the role for you.

You’ll be the face of the company — visiting properties, coordinating maintenance work, chatting with tenants and contractors, and making sure everything gets done on time and to standard.

This is a hands-on, people-first role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

  * Be the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors

  * Coordinate maintenance jobs from start to finish

  * Carry out property visits and quality checks

  * Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords

  * Keep everything organised, on schedule, and up to standard

  * Represent the company as the person who gets things done

What We’re Looking For

  * Energetic, proactive, and confident with people

  * Loves being on the move and meeting new people daily

  * Great at organising, problem-solving, and following up

  * Comfortable managing contractors and maintaining great relationships

  * Full, clean UK driving licence essential

Experience in property management or maintenance is helpful, but your attitude, energy, and people skills are what really count.
