Doncaster, onsite

Part time, Permanent

9:00 – 17:30

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Property & Tenancy Officer. In this role, you will ensure that properties are maintained to a high standard, tenants comply with their tenancy agreements, and any issues are promptly identified and resolved. You will be the key point of contact for tenants, property owners, and stakeholders, providing clear communication and detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities

  * Schedule and conduct regular tenancy checks across the property portfolio.

  * Identify and report any necessary repairs, maintenance, or improvements.

  * Assist with rent arrears and debt collection, liaising with tenants to resolve outstanding balances.

  * Prepare clear and detailed inspection reports in a timely manner for clients and stakeholders.

  * Communicate inspection findings effectively with property owners, tenants, and relevant parties.

  * Maintain accurate records of inspections, tenancy agreements, and associated documentation.

  * Support the team with ad hoc property management tasks as required.

The ideal candidate with have:

  * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (fuel allowance provided).

  * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  * Strong IT literacy and ability to maintain accurate records.

  * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  * Outstanding face-to-face customer service skills.

  * Confident, friendly, and approachable personality
