Residential Property Valuer – Sheffield - £28k - 31K basic + commission

New Residential Property Valuer role to join a well-established and prestigious Estate Agent – this is a perfect move if you are currently in a Valuer’s role, or an experienced Sales Neg who feels ready to make the step up in to the position.

They are a highly reputable firm of independent residential estate agents which has established its position as one of the leading estate agents in the Sheffield and surrounding area. This is a superb opportunity for someone to have a more autonomous role and a very busy patch to operate in within one of Sheffield’s up and coming areas.

What you will be doing

  * 

    Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market

  * 

    Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers

  * 

    Booking and chasing up valuations

  * 

    Cross selling financial services, solicitors and auctions

  * 

    Identifying opportunities for new business

  * 

    Undertaking canvassing of local properties and win new business

  * 

    Coaching the other negotiators and valuers in the office

  * 

    Prospecting for new business

What you will have

  * 

    A proven track record in converting valuations to properties on the market

  * 

    You are currently working as a valuer so have up to date market knowledge

  * 

    Full UK driving licence

    Monday to Friday 08:45am to 5:00pm

    Occasional Saturday working 09:00-1:00pm
