Quality Controller

Somercotes, Derbyshire

Monday – Friday (early finish on a Friday)

Immediate temp contract for 3 months with a review to be extended after this period

£30,000 weekly paid role

Key responsibilities for Quality Controller:

  * Visual Inspection

  * Dimensional work – use of Callipers, gauges, micrometres, and other hand-equipment

  * Operation and programming of CMM and Planar (camera system for 2D measurement)

  * Use of microscope

  * Ability to write/update Work Instructions, issue Quality Alerts and other documents

Experience required for the Quality Engineer role:

  * Previous Quality Inspector/engineer experience

  * Excellent communication skills

  * PC Literate

  * Pro-active

  * Strong attention to detail
