Job Description

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Chartered Quantity Surveying position for and on behalf of one of our clients.
The position is for an Oxfordshire based construction consultancy.
The role is for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
  * Valuations
  * Pre-tender estimates
  * Final accounts
  * Variations
  * Cost reporting
  * Cost management
Chartered Quantity Surveyor requirements for the role are:
  * Minimum of 3 years experience
  * Various sector experience.
  * Autonomously running projects
  * Client facing
  * Final account experience.
