Job Description

I’m currently working with a radio communications company based in Middlesbrough that’s looking to bring in a Radio Engineer to join their team.

This role has opened up because one of their engineers recently moved on, and they’re now looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck into installations, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with customers on-site.

They’re mainly looking for someone with:

  * Hands-on radio engineering experience (DMR / PMR systems)

  * Experience with Motorola or Hytera equipment

  * Experience installing and maintaining radios in vehicles

They’re also open to people from similar technical backgrounds, for example:

  * Engineers with CCTV installation experience

  * Network engineers who have worked with LTE / 5G / DAS, cabling, routing, or IP addressing

  * More senior military communications engineers with hands-on technical experience
