Recruitment Consultant

Location: Huntingdon

Salary: Competitive plus commission

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  * Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

  * Win new business through sales calls and outreach

  * Source and interview candidates

  * Manage roles from brief to placement

  * Negotiate offers and close deals

  * Work towards clear targets and goals
