Recruitment Consultant – Niche Temp Sector

Location: Leeds
Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission

We’re Alliance, a specialist labour supply company supplying decorators to contractors across the UK—and we’re growing.

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This isn’t a “sit back and wait” role. It’s fast, reactive, and relentless—but for the right person, it’s incredibly rewarding.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role with a clear split focus across the year:
- Sales-focused periods: Winning new clients, reactivating lapsed accounts, and growing your desk
- Delivery-focused periods: Filling roles at pace, managing workers on-site, and moving decorators efficiently between projects

You’ll be:
- On the phone… a lot
- Building relationships with site managers and contractors
- Keeping a constant pipeline of work and Decorators moving
- Managing both client accounts and Decorators in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for average.

We need someone who:
- Has proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Is confident and effective on the phone (this is non-negotiable)
- Brings drive, energy, and urgency every single day
- Is motivated by results, activity, and growth
- Takes pride in helping clients and keeping Decorators in work

If you’ve worked in temp recruitment, you’ll understand the pace. If you haven’t—this probably isn’t for you.
