What you’ll do:

Grow new and existing client relationships through proactive business development and networking

Build and nurture a strong candidate network within your specialist market

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle; from taking briefs and sourcing talent, to negotiating offers and successfully placing candidates

Identify new opportunities to grow your desk and make a positive impact on the team’s success

Work closely with supportive colleagues who celebrate each other’s achievements

What we’re looking for:

Experience in recruitment (open to all sectors) - but we also welcome applications from graduates and trainees who are eager to start their recruitment careers. 

Confidence in business development and fostering lasting client partnerships

Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for teamwork
