TEAM: US Tech & AI / US Data Centre Markets
LOCATION: Billericay, Essex
HOURS: Monday–Thursday 12:00–21:00 | Friday 10:00–17:00

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant (1–3 years’ experience) to join our growing US Tech & AI and US Data Centre teams.

This is a warm desk opportunity in high-demand US markets, giving you the chance to work with active clients, engaged candidates, and existing revenue streams from day one. What You’ll Be Doing

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

  * Developing and managing relationships with clients across the US Tech, AI, and Data Centre sectors

  * Business development and winning new client partnerships

  * Managing the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement

  * Building and maintaining a high-quality candidate network

  * Consulting with clients on hiring strategy, market trends, and talent availability

  * Negotiating offers and closing placements

  * Driving consistent billing performance and growth within your market

What We’re Looking For

  * 1–3 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role

  * Experience recruiting within STEM markets (Tech, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure or similar preferred)

  * Proven ability in business development and client management

  * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  * A driven, ambitious mindset with a passion for high performance and earning potential

  * Ability to work US-aligned hours to support client markets
