As part of a strategic 5-year business plan, the CEO is preparing for a structured exit and is now seeking a high-calibre Operations & Training Manager to help lead the next stage of growth and succession.

The Role of a Non Billing Training and Operations Recruitment Manager

This is a non-billing, leadership-focused position where you’ll take ownership of operations, training, and performance development across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Lead, mentor, and support a team of experienced recruitment consultants.

  * 

    Oversee day-to-day operations, systems, and delivery standards.

  * 

    Design and deliver structured training and development programmes.

  * 

    Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

  * 

    Shape team culture and embed best practice.

  * 

    Work closely with the CEO on long-term strategy and succession planning.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced recruitment operations or training professional who:

  * 

    Has experiecne of training and managing a team of recruiters

  * 

    Engineering ,Manufacturing , Industrial ,Commerical and or Professional Services Recruitment experience

  * 

    Has experience leading or developing recruitment teams (perm or multi-sector).

  * 

    Is passionate about people development and operational excellence.

  * 

    Understands how to balance commercial performance with ethical leadership.

  * 

    Values professionalism, collaboration, and long-term relationships.

  * 

    Shares pride in the Yorkshire business community and its industries.
