* Very confident telephone manner, able to deal with high volumes of candidate calls.
* IT literate, conversant with MS Office, including Ms Outlook, Social media.
* Organized and able to work under pressure.
* Driven & ambitious.
* Ability to demonstrate use of own initiative.
* Fluent English both written & spoken.
The Role
* Dealing with a high volume of calls, front line to receive calls and screen them to be connected to the appropriate recruiter / colleague.
* Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc to produce correspondence and documents and maintain, records and spreadsheets
* Prescreen and select candidates according to criteria provided.
* Make a high volume of outbound calls to check availability and suitability of candidates.
* Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Text, Email, message candidates.
* Request CV’s, certification and all documentation in line with ESS recruitment policy.
* Register candidate information onto company database.
* Translate CV’s to English and format into profile CV.
* Update, administrate and compose spreadsheets with candidate availability.
* Add / update bookings and placements on company database.
* Increase ESS pool of suitable candidates using every tool available, phone, mass text, email, adverts, job board, social media etc.
* Build and maintain relationships with key candidates, business associates and colleagues to ensure quality of service.
* Liaise with ESS colleagues in international offices to help facilitate good communication between candidates & Recruiters.
* Facilitate contractors travel from country of residence to place of work / temporary accommodation.
* Prioritise workload; make sure important tasks are followed up.
* Escalate employee’s queries to be resolved efficiently.
* Ensure candidates documentation is kept fully up to date and compliant with company procedures.
* General administrative duties.
