Description
The Regional Senior HR Advisor FTC duties will include:
Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Oversee employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
Collaborate with department heads to implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Monitor and manage HR data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programmes for staff.
Provide guidance on employment law and ensure legislative compliance within the organisation.
Participate in HR projects to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.Profile
A successful Regional Senior HR Advisor FTC should have:
Proven experience in a human resources role, ideally within the Hospitality and Catering industry.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Competence in HR systems and data management tools.

Competitive package of £40,000 per annum salary plus £500 a month car allowance (£5,000 over the 10 months)
Hybrid working pattern (typically 3 days on site per week)
