We are currently seeking a Registered Manager for a 4 bed EBD home based in Burton on Trent which is rated Good by Ofsted. They are offering
Up to £52,000 DOE
Performance related bonuses of up to £10,800 per annum including OFSTED bonus, occupancy bonus & retention bonus
£500 salary increase upon completion of probation
£500 salary increase per year for every 1 year of service after passing your probation
£200 refer a friend scheme
Generous holiday allowance, with a days additional annual leave entitlement increase each year
Being part of a company that invests in you and your team for personal and professional development They need someone who is either currently a Registered Manager or is a Deputy Manager with the ability to progress into Registered Manager.
You must have worked with children for at least 2 years in the last 5 years and able to be registered with Ofsted. You would need a NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care Management.
The home has a track record of good outcomes and a stable, experienced staff team already in place, providing a strong foundation for the new manager.
