Job Description

We are delighted to be recruiting for a leading Management and Lettings company based in Edinburgh. They are looking for a proactive and customer driven Residential Lettings Agent to join their dynamic team. 

You will be based from the Edinburgh office and cover viewings across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Edinburgh and Dundee.

Reporting into the Lettings Manager, your role will require you to have exceptional sales ability, a deep understanding of the property market and the passion for delivering excellent customer service. 

Key duties will include: 

Providing customer service excellence - Ensuring exceptional level of customer service is provided to both landlords and tenants at all times.
Sales & Negotiation - Drive new business and achieve sales targets. 
Property Marketing & Advertising - Responsibility for marketing of properties, including taking high quality photos, writing compelling descriptions, and managing listings on major property platforms.
Market Knowledge & Guidance - Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the property market.
Property Viewings/Tenancy Management - Organise and conduct property viewings, both in person and virtually, providing professional advice to potential tenants. 
Administrative task - Ensure all documentation is accurately completed on time. To be suitable for this busy and rewarding role you will have the following key skills and experience: 

Proven experience in a Lettings role/environment 
Strong sales with the ability to close deals and meet targets. 
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 
A solid understanding of the local property market, trends and legal requirements related to lettings.
A passion for customer service with the ability to manage difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively. 
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise simultaneously.
