Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Retrofit Administrator to join our growing team and support the delivery of energy‑efficiency and housing improvement projects. You’ll play a key role in coordinating retrofit activities, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 standards, and helping residents access high‑quality, sustainable home upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Provide administrative support across all stages of the retrofit process

  * 

    Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project files in line with PAS 2035 requirements

  * 

    Liaise with Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, Designers, contractors, and residents

  * 

    Schedule surveys, installations, and follow‑up visits

  * 

    Track project progress and update internal systems

  * 

    Assist with funding applications, reporting, and compliance checks

  * 

    Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent service

  * 

    Support data collection, monitoring, and quality assurance activities

Essential:

  * 

    Strong administrative and organisational skills

  * 

    Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities

  * 

    Confidence using digital systems, spreadsheets, and databases

  * 

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  * 

    High attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable:

  * 

    Experience in housing, construction, sustainability, or energy‑efficiency projects

  * 

    Knowledge of PAS 2035 or retrofit processes

  * 

    Understanding of ECO, SHDF, or other funding schemes

This role is Mondya - Friday with an immediate start
