Job Title: Roofing Supervisor (Re-Roofing Projects)
Location: Plymouth and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Company Van + Benefits

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to oversee re-roofing (roof replacement) projects across Plymouth and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will manage site teams, ensure projects run smoothly, and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  * Supervise and coordinate roofing teams on re-roofing projects (strip and replace)

  * Plan daily site activities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  * Carry out site inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met

  * Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations at all times

  * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication

  * Monitor materials, deliveries, and site resources

  * Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively

  * Conduct toolbox talks and support ongoing team development

Requirements

  * Proven experience in a Roofing Supervisor / Foreman role

  * Strong background in re-roofing and roof replacement projects

  * Solid knowledge of pitched and/or flat roofing systems

  * Good leadership and team management skills

  * Strong understanding of health & safety practices in construction

  * Ability to read and interpret job specifications and drawings

  * Full UK driving licence (essential)
