Internal Sales Administrator Opportunity
Location: Scunthorpe Type: Permanent Salary: £26,000
Job Summary:
  * We are currently supporting an industry leading manufacturing business at their site based in Scunthorpe with an Internal Sales Advisor role which is a great opportnity for someone who is a strong communicator, organised and enthusiastic to build on their career in sales.
Main Duties:
  * Prepare and input quotations accurately in line with customer specifications and company pricing structures.
  * Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing technical and product advice on steel and aluminium door solutions.
  * Act as the primary contact for the External Sales Team, supporting them with quotes, technical details, product options, and lead-time information.
  * Liaise with Engineering, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure quotations are technically and commercially viable.
  * Follow up on quotations to support order conversion and build strong customer relationships.
  * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, customer communications and sales opportunities.
Person Specification:
  * Confident communicator with strong telephone and written communication skills.
  * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
