Job Description

Are you organised, customer-focused, and ready to dive into a fast-paced role? We're a busy marine supplies company based in Aberdeen, and we're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our small, friendly team.

🛠  What you'll be doing:

Processing customer orders and logging them into our system
Ensuring the right products reach the right people at the right time
Preparing accurate sales invoices
Ordering equipment and managing stock requirements
Providing quotations and supporting the sales team📍  Location & Hours: Aberdeen City Centre Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30
