We're recruiting for an organised Sales Administrator to join a growing business in New Milton. You'll support the sales process from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Administrator, you'll:

Process sales orders from quotation through to delivery
Raise quotations, sales orders and invoices using Sage
Process purchase orders, credit notes and returns
Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries and enquiries
Support the external Sales Coordinator team
Maintain customer records within Sage and CRM systems
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
Monitor order progress and update customers
Handle telephone and email enquiries
Assist with stock enquiries and availability
Produce reports using Microsoft Excel
Support the wider office team with administration

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Administrator or Customer Service Administrator
Experience using Sage (Sage 50 or Sage 200 preferred)
Strong invoicing and order processing experience
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Good Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Positive and customer-focused approach
Manufacturing, engineering or distribution experience is advantageous
