Sales Director- Scientific Instruments
Our scientific instruments client is seeking a Sales Director.
Responsibilities:-
* Own and drive a global sales strategy using strategic and commercial leadership
* Drive sales performance and profitability in international branches, and drive sales and market expansion in local (and diversified) sales divisions
* Collaborate with the Board to make high-level commercial decisions
* Develop and manage annual sales forecasts, strategic plans and budgets with regional teams and hold full turnover and P&L responsibility
* Set and monitor lead generation and sales targets with the Marketing Conduct commercial performance analysis and implement strategies to maximise turnover and profitability. Oversee commercial product management
* Lead 6 senior country managers and oversee 40+ international sales
* Oversee international trade show participation and industry events
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Experienced Sales Director or Senior Sales Leader in a technical organisation
* 10+ years of experience in the scientific instruments industry
* Strong track record in managing international sales teams and export operations
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
