The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is working with an established, new & used main car dealership, based around the outskirts of Fareham, who are seeking to add an aspiring Sales Executive to their team.
Our client is offering a refreshing five-day working week, and able to accommodate an already experienced new & used car sales executive, or an individual who has sales experience, ideally within a face-to-face environment, who would like to enter car sales.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
Promote and sell quality new & used vehicles while meeting monthly sales targets.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate deals effectively to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s stock, pricing, and finance options.
The Package:
£20,000 Basic – £40,000 + OTE + Company Car.
Five day working week! Day off in the week, and every Sunday off.
