Kenny Recruit are partnering with an international sustainability tech company with thousands of installations worldwide, now launching in the UK. We’re helping them find an ambitious Sales Executive to join their growing team at an exciting stage of expansion.

Pay: £30,000 - £45,000 base salary + performance based bonus with commission structure to follow
Location: North London. 4 or 5 days in the office to begin with.
Working hours: 9:00am - 6.00pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow up on leads generated through marketing and partnerships.
* Make outbound calls and emails to create new business opportunities.
* Arrange meetings for the Sales Manager and support pitches where required.
* Confidently present the solution to prospective customers.
* Keep detailed CRM records of all conversations, leads, and deals.
* Work to and exceed monthly sales and activity targets.
* Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
* Some previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
* Confident, articulate communicator on the phone and in writing.
* Energetic, proactive, and target-driven.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment where priorities shift quickly.
* Highly organised, with attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Self-starter with drive, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
* Experience in B2B sales or working with facilities, hospitality, or office-based clients.
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
