Sales Manager - Lead, Transform, Inspire

Blackpool (hybrid, near M55)
£50,000 + up to 10% bonus
Full-time, permanent

Driving performance and engagement across a 30-person sales team

Coaching, mentoring and developing team leaders and sales staff

Defining new standards for process, service and results

Aligning the sales journey with business-wide goals

Collaborating closely with marketing, customer experience, IT and finance

Leading with emotional intelligence - listening, guiding, motivating
