An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated School Business Manager to join a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in the beautiful market town of Brecon.
This is a key leadership role within the school, supporting the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the school’s finances, operations, and resources.
About the Role:
As School Business Manager, you will take strategic responsibility for:

Financial management, budgeting, and reporting

HR and recruitment administration

Site and facilities management, ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment

Overseeing ICT, procurement, and contracts

Supporting the leadership team with data-driven decision-making
