SEN Secondary Teacher

Twickenham, London
 Full-Time
 13th April start 2026

QTS TRAINED ONLY 

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our vibrant Secondary SEN school based in Twickenham, to start in April. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse age of students, providing tailored support to meet their individual learning needs. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of pupils with special educational needs.

Maternity cover, 2 terms until end of the academic year July 2026 (potential to extend to a permanent role)
Full time position, Monday to Friday (8:15AM - 4:00PM)
Pay: match to teacher PayScale within daily rate
Must have experience with: ADHD, non-verbal, autism, personal care and physical/sensory disabilities 

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

QTS or equivalent
Minimum 2 years SEN teaching experience in the UK
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
