The Role

You’ll be delivering high quality lessons to secondary students, creating a positive and productive learning environment where young people feel encouraged to succeed.

You will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment

Assess student progress and adapt teaching where needed

Work collaboratively with department staff and wider school teams

Support students to build confidence, curiosity, and academic progress
