Role Overview:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEMH needs.
Assist teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Build strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement.What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (desirable but not essential).
