Academics Canterbury is recruiting on behalf of a dedicated and nurturing SEN school in Dover that provides exceptional support for children with a wide range of additional needs. The school offers a warm, inclusive environment where pupils are encouraged to grow with confidence and develop a deeper understanding of their own emotions as well as those of others.

We are seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Primary Teacher who can bring creativity, patience and enthusiasm to the classroom while supporting children with SEMH and ADHD. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school where personalised learning and the development of speech and language skills are central to their approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with a range of additional needs (SEMH/ADHD)
Develop and implement personalised learning plans (EHCPs) that support academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
Confidently deliver a diversity of Speech and Language Therapy interventions
Use creative, multisensory approaches to make learning accessible and enjoyable for all
Track progress, assess learning outcomes, and contribute to whole-school development.
Ensure safeguarding of students 

** QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - Essential 

** Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students

** £130 - £200 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only

** You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship

** On site parking included

** SEN Primary Teacher - experienced OR aspiring
