We're looking for Daily Cover SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across specialist settings in Shrewsbury-and no two days will be the same!

This is your chance to bring your unique skills to a variety of schools, providing crucial support to students with diverse needs. Whether you're helping them engage with the curriculum, offering emotional support, or promoting independence, you'll be changing lives every day.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing 1:1 and Small Group Support
Assist students with varying needs, helping them access lessons, understand tasks, and make progress.
- Support Teachers & Staff
Help plan, deliver, and adapt lessons to suit the needs of the students in your care.
- Be a Role Model
Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social skills in a nurturing environment.
- Flexible, Varied, Rewarding
Work across different schools and settings each day-no two days will be the same!
- Personal Care (where applicable)
Assist students with personal needs when required, supporting their independence and dignity.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
✔️ Has experience working with children with special educational needs, or has a genuine interest in supporting them.
✔️ Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable- you'll need to think on your feet!
✔️ Has strong communication skills - working with children, teachers, and other staff is key.
✔️ Is flexible and reliable - you'll be working in a range of specialist settings, so adaptability is essential.
✔️ Holds a current DBS check (or is happy to get one).
✔️ Is passionate about providing the best education and support for children with SEN.
