Role Overview - SEN Teaching Assistant

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will support pupils both individually and in small groups, ensuring they remain engaged and supported in their learning. The SEN Teaching Assistant will play a key role in implementing strategies that help pupils succeed within the Havering school.

Responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant

Provide targeted support as a SEN Teaching Assistant to pupils with additional needs
Assist in delivering personalised learning strategies
Support classroom activities as a SEN Teaching Assistant

Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant
