SEND Support Assistant – Specialist SEN Settings, Leeds We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEND Support Assistants to join specialist SEN schools and provisions across Leeds.
 Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or flexible work, we offer a range of long-term, short-term, and day-to-day placements tailored to your availability.

Support pupils with complex additional learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and other SEND
Assist in delivering personalised learning activities and programmes

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapy staff to support pupils’ progress
Encourage pupils’ social, emotional, and academic developmentRequirements
Experience working with children with SEND (specialist setting experience preferred)
Patience, empathy, and a caring approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
