The school is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis with an ASAP start. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will support pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis, working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions and encourage engagement in learning. The role may involve supporting students with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional learning needs.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND

• A good understanding of Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or additional learning needs

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• The ability to support pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis

• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach

• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
