Job Description

Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a RIBA Chartered practice based in the New Forest.
  
 This is a well-established and respected studio with a strong reputation for delivering projects across the heritage, healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors.
  
 They offer a supportive and collaborative environment where Architects are given real responsibility, exposure to all RIBA stages, and opportunities to work on both local and regional projects.
  
 As part of the team, you'll play a key role in developing designs from concept through to completion. The role will see you producing drawings, visuals, and models, coordinating with consultants, and using Revit and AutoCAD. 

You'll work closely with project leads while also having the independence to manage your own workload and contribute to decision-making.
  
 The practice is looking for someone with a good balance of design and technical skills. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes is important, alongside experience with ideally one of AutoCAD and/or Revit. Freehand sketching and model-making would also be highly valued.
  
 What's on offer?
  
Salary between £37,500 and £45,000 
21 days holiday + bank holidays + additional days at Christmas 
A 37.5-hour working week
