Job Description

Senior Developer

Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our Central Government client in seeking a Senior Developer for an initial six-month assignment.
 
 Location: Milton Keynes
 
 Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will hold active SC Clearance and have a proven background in software engineering, demonstrating the following skills and experience:

Proficiency in C# and .NET Core API development.
Extensive SQL Server skills, including stored procedures and optimisation.
Experience designing backend architecture within secure or modern API‑driven environments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with clean architecture or domain‑driven design.
Understanding of API testing and integration testability.
React, TypeScript, and Javascript highly desired
Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and security best practices.
