Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Ecologist to play a central role in establishing and growing a brand-new ecology hub in Milton Keynes. This is not simply another senior post - it's a genuine opportunity to help build and shape a regional presence from the ground up.

As a founding member of the new office, you will have meaningful influence over how the ecology function develops - from technical standards and team culture to client relationships and strategic direction. You'll help recruit and mentor a growing team, while delivering high-quality ecological input across a diverse and design-led project portfolio nationwide.

You will be embedded within a genuinely multidisciplinary environment, working closely with ecologists, landscape architects and arboriculturists to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.
