We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Facilities & Infrastructure Manager to lead and optimise the management of a large-scale estate with a significant maintenance and minor works budget. This high-impact 6-month contract is ideal for a senior professional who can combine operational expertise, technical leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver results quickly.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor multidisciplinary technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Oversee mechanical, electrical, and building management systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.

Manage budgets, procurement, and resources, optimising operational performance and lifecycle costs.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, drive risk management, and lead emergency preparedness and incident response.

Support digital transformation initiatives, leveraging smart technologies and data-driven insights to improve operational intelligence.

Provide strategic input into infrastructure projects, major refurbishments, and long-term operational planning.
