Our client requiores an experienced Senior Medical Secretary to manage the processes and medical secretaries & administration and provde administration support to the organisation.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage a team of medical secretaries
* Ensure billing processes are followed and monies are collected.
* Monitor all appointments and referrals.
* Provide excellent customer service to patients.
* Ensuring accurate information is recorded and diaries and patient appointments are organised efficiently.
* Liaise with other departments and ensure all documentation is correctly filed and stored
* Process improvements
Requirements:
* Excellent MS Office Skills
* Management skills and experience
* Strong organisational skills
* Attention to detail
