Senior Quantity Surveyor – Energy & Infrastructure - Remote with some travel to site & head office

What you’ll be doing
No two days will be the same. You’ll be at the heart of our projects, making sure they run smoothly, profitably, and in line with contract requirements. Some of the things you’ll be involved in include:

  * 

    Managing budgets and keeping projects financially on track.

  * 

    Leading on NEC contract administration, including change control and variations.

  * 

    Producing clear, accurate cashflow forecasts and financial reports.

  * 

    Negotiating with clients and subcontractors to build strong, long-lasting partnerships.

  * 

    Balancing office-based work with time on-site, keeping you close to the action.

What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you:

  * 

    Have experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a contracting environment (bonus if that’s in energy, utilities, or infrastructure).

  * 

    Are confident working with NEC contracts – especially Options A and E.

  * 

    Understand the ins and outs of budgets, CVRs, and cashflow management.

  * 

    Can communicate, influence, and build relationships at every level.

  * 

    Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying (or a related subject), or bring equivalent experience.
