The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant

You’ll manage and grow your own desk ( already warm ) within Construction, Trades or Engineering.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

  * 

    Build and maintain warm client and candidate relationships

  * 

    Deliver permanent, contract, or freelance recruitment solutions

  * 

    Mentor and support junior consultants

  * 

    Play a key role in business growth and team development

  * 

    Work closely with management to shape your market strategy

Typical sectors include:

  * 

    Construction (Residential, Commercial, Refurbishment, New Build)

  * 

    Civil Engineering & Infrastructure (Groundworks, Highways, Rail, Utilities)

  * 

    Trades & Labour (Temp & Perm Blue Collar roles)

    M&E (Mechanical & Electrical Projects & Maintenance)

    Fit-Out & Interiors (Office & Site-based roles)

About You

To be successful as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have:

    Proven 360 sales recruitment experience within an agency environment

  * 

    Knowledge of or interest in Construction, Engineering, or Property sectors

  * 

    Excellent relationship management and business development skills

  * 

    A desire to progress into leadership or management
