Senior Recruitment Consultant

£32,000 - £40,000 per annum

Commission 12% - 33%

Hybrid working

Flexi-time

Annual bonus up to 4% of billings

Barton Search are pleased to be working with a market leading recruitment agency that specialises in a variety of sectors including Finance, HR and Property.

Our client takes a very open and transparent approach to recruitment and are known for providing bespoke solutions. They have established a wide client base and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to come in and manage a warm desk within the HR sector.

In this 360-recruitment role, you will liaise with existing clients and work on live vacancies. Whilst also being responsible for the development of new business. You will enjoy developing and winning new clients as well as identify, approach and source new candidates. You will build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates and provide an outstanding and professional service.

· Previous recruitment experience with a strong track record and good billing history

· Outgoing, confident, and passionate personality

· Excellent interpersonal skills – well-spoken and presentable

· Natural people-person – able to easily build and maintain relationships.

· Sales minded, driven and self-motivated.

· Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced, professional environment.
