Job Description

Recruitment Consultant – US Healthcare (UK-Based | EST Hours)
💰 £40,000–£50,000 basic + strong commission
📍 Remote (UK) + offices in Portsmouth, London, Manchester, Leeds

We’re looking for two experienced 360 recruiters to join a high-performing team operating in the US healthcare market.

Think:
🔥 Average fees around £20,000
🔥 Senior-level roles
🔥 Fast-moving US market (short notice periods, high salaries, quick turnaround)

🚀 The Role

You’ll be:

  * Running a full 360 desk in the US healthcare sector

  * Driving pure business development — this is a hunter role

  * Working across the entire US (no regional or seniority limits)

  * Recruiting into senior care & behavioural health (care homes, SNFs, rehab, hospitals, medical directors)

  * Working US Eastern Time hours:

      * Mon–Thu: 12:30–22:00 (UK)

      * Fri: 12:30–17:00 (UK)

  * Option for a 4-day week (Mon–Thu) if you can cover the required hours

⭐ What You’ll Need

  * Strong 360 recruitment background — no resourcers or trainees

  * Proven BD ability and confidence bringing on your own jobs

  * Comfortable working evenings to align with the US

  * Resilient, driven, and motivated by high-fee markets

  * Ideal: US healthcare experience OR experience recruiting full-time into any US market (life sciences, architecture, technical, etc.)

💰 Package

  * £40,000–£50,000 basic salary

  * Commission:

      * £3k monthly threshold

      * 15% thereafter

      * Up to 25% on high annual billings

  * Remote working with UK office options
