Senior Site Manager
Location: North West England
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 + Package

We are a specialist façade contractor delivering high-quality external envelope solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee façade projects across the North West.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business working on a diverse portfolio of remedial and new build façade schemes, with a reputation for quality delivery and technical expertise.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful on-site delivery of façade projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

You will be managing a range of projects including:

  * Remedial façade works

  * Cladding replacement schemes

  * New build façade installations

Projects will be based across the North West, so flexibility to travel within the region is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  * Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple façade projects

  * Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

  * Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations

  * Drive programme and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  * Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications

  * Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams

  * Produce site reports and manage project documentation

About You

  * Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within the construction sector

  * Experience working on both new build and refurbishment projects

  * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

  * Excellent leadership and communication skills

  * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
