Job Description

Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager – Major Hotel Project

We are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager to lead delivery on a major hospitality development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a key role on a £35M hotel scheme comprising nearly 300 rooms, forming part of a wider UK regeneration programme.

You will be responsible for driving the project through to successful completion, ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are achieved.

The Role

Working as part of an established project team, you will be responsible for overall site delivery. Duties will include:

  * 

    Managing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery

  * 

    Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site

  * 

    Ensuring health & safety standards are met and maintained

  * 

    Driving programme, quality and productivity

  * 

    Liaising with commercial and design teams

  * 

    Leading site meetings

The Project

A large-scale hotel development of approximately 300 rooms, delivered as part of a major regeneration scheme. This is a high-profile project offering strong exposure and long-term opportunity.

Requirements

  * 

    Experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager or Project Manager on major construction projects

  * 

    Main contractor background essential

  * 

    Experience delivering hotel, residential or large commercial schemes preferred

  * 

    Strong leadership skills

  * 

    Ability to drive programme and coordinate multiple work packages
