Job Description

An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to appoint a Block Manager / Senior Site Manager with immediate effect for a flagship scheme in Bristol.

Whilst in this role, you will oversee one of several high rise blocks of accommodation at the below project. Reporting into a site based Project Lead and roaming Senior Management. At present, my client are happy to consider an immediate freelance option, initially to assist with the completion of Phase 1. However, they will also consider a permanent option, who can help get Phase 1 over the line, before starting on the next phases of the overall development. This could also be a 'temp to perm' agreement if this was suitable for both parties.

  * £70M Project

  * New Build Student Accommodation

  * Large RC Frame (up to 18 Storeys)

My client are a large Main Contractor, with a solid reputation delivering major schemes out of their London and Hertfordshire offices.

The ideal candidate for the role will have good Main Contractor experience and a proven work history across Student Accommodation projects.

In terms of future projects, my client have secured work in the Bristol area for the next 6 years. As a business they are keen to offer internal progression. Therefore and over time, this role is likely to progress into a more senior level.
