Site Manager – Specialist Industrial Installations

Location: UK Wide (Site Based – Travel Required)
Sector: Specialist Industrial Construction
Salary: Competitive + Package

The Opportunity

A specialist contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee installation works on projects across the UK.

The role will focus on the installation of specialist wall systems including cleanrooms, coldrooms and fire-rated partition systems across industrial environments such as pharmaceutical facilities, food production plants and logistics centres.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

  * 

    Managing day-to-day installation of whitewall panel systems

  * 

    Supervising site teams and subcontractors

  * 

    Coordinating installation works in line with the programme

  * 

    Maintaining strong communication with project leadership teams

  * 

    Ensuring strict health & safety compliance on site

  * 

    Managing installation quality and project documentation

  * 

    Coordinating site logistics and deliveries

  * 

    Monitoring project progress and reporting updates

  * 

    Supporting project completion and handover

About You

  * 

    Experience supervising construction or installation works on site

  * 

    Background in interior fit-out, cladding, panel systems or partitioning

  * 

    Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures

  * 

    Ability to manage subcontractors and installation teams

Desirable experience

  * 

    Cleanroom construction

  * 

    Coldroom installations

  * 

    Fire-rated wall systems

  * 

    Hygienic wall panel systems

  * 

    Working in live operational environments
